Since 2009, Aakriti Enterprise has done the unglamorous work of keeping computers alive — for students, freelancers, shops and offices across Pune. We sell hardware too, but our reputation was built on the repairs nobody else got right.
Aakriti Enterprise began with a simple frustration: too many people were being told their machine was “dead” when it had a fixable fault, or sold a new computer when a ₹2,000 part would have done.
So we built the shop around diagnosis. Before any quote, a technician finds the real problem — at the component level, on a board if it comes to that — and explains it in language you can actually act on. Only then do we talk price.
That approach turned first-time repairs into long-term customers, and customers into referrals. Fifteen years later, the bench is bigger and the stock room is full, but the rule hasn’t changed: Diagnosed properly. Fixed once.

They sound obvious. Holding to them every single time is what actually sets a repair shop apart.
Every machine gets real testing before a verdict. We'd rather spend an extra hour finding the true fault than swap parts and hope.
If a repair isn't worth it, we tell you. A customer who trusts our advice is worth more than a single inflated invoice.
Fitted parts, warranties and the work done — all on your invoice. You should never have to take our word for it.
Aakriti Enterprise starts as a two-person repair counter on M.G. Road.
Demand grows; we add new and refurbished machines, components and printers.
Local offices sign on for AMC support, UPS installs and managed upgrades.
Over a decade on, the same promise: diagnosed properly, fixed once.
Whether it's a slow laptop, a dead desktop or a fleet of office machines, the first step is the same — an honest diagnosis. Let's start there.
